The visit link will take you to a page where you can test the graphing and saving element of the system, click compare next to the logo to see the compare page. Unfortunatly we cannot distribute the wiimote data capture
application and therefore cannot show the real time capture.
After being let down by a number of other companies and individuals, the inventor of SideClik came to us with one aim, to produce
a working proof of concept for his latest idea. The brief given was to produce a system, allowing users to record tally counts in real time using a wiimote connected to a laptop.
In realtime the counts were uploaded to a server by a bespoke application, users were then able to view their counts and analyse them in using the data sent to the server. The
website back-end also had to allow each user to save their data, and then compare it at a later date to other data they had collected and saved.
Technologies used: C#.NET, HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP.
Features
Bespoke application for data capture
A desktop application to collect data from a Wii-mote to simulate the final hardware product.
Real time data tracking
View data in real-time using the web interface
Save and comare data
Save data captured on the wiimote and then compare it to data saved earlier via a graph.
